Nail City Bronze was established in 1877, and has been serving the energy, chemical, aluminum, steel, and specialty industries throughout the world. We are well known for our non-ferrous alloys, of which we produce both rough and finished machined parts to our customers specifications. We are a one stop shop for your brass, bronze, and machining needs.
OUR SERVICES
Brass and Bronze Foundry
Nail City Bronze operates an in-house pattern shop with over 10,000 patterns in storage. We have casting capabilities up to 2,000 lbs. All of our castings are lead free. We also have the capability to melt and reuse certain types of brass and bronze. With over 100 years of combined industry knowledge, our mission is to provide you with a casting (rough or machined) with unmatched quality.
CNC Machining
Our modern CNC equipment and experience allow us to efficiently machine various types of materials to drawing specs. Our machining capabilities also include steel, stainless steel, and cast iron parts. We take pride in providing our customers with a quality product that they can depend on.
